The details

If you’ve made a claim, it costs nothing to hire us – so long as your claim is settled out of court, which happens the vast majority of the time.

Upon settlement the insurer pays all of your legal fees.

Your costs are covered

Anyone involved in a motor vehicle accident on public roads is covered by the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.

You’re not suing the other driver, you’re just access insurance that is in place to cover you.

Even if your registration or driver’s licence had expired, you will still be covered.

Get it right, first time

Claims can be rejected completely or your potential payout heavily reduced.

Vehicle accident claim requires a lot of evidence, which lawyers are trained to obtain along with knowing what information needs to be extracted from medical practitioners to better your position and counteract insurer’s evidence.

The ICWA is not a charity for those who have been injured in car accidents. They are an insurance fund who will be obtaining their own evidence to counteract your evidence, to protect their commercial interest to pay out as little as possible.

Our experienced Perth lawyers can negotiate effectively to maximise your payment, whilst avoiding court proceedings along with its related costs.

You may be entitled by law to compensation

Whether an injury occurs on the road or in a public place, compensation may be available through insurance.

Motor vehicle accidents are covered by Western Australia’s compulsory motor injury insurance scheme, while most businesses and public venues carry public liability insurance to protect members of the public.

If you’ve been injured due to someone else’s negligence, you may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost income and the impact the injury has had on your life.
The team at WA Legal can help you understand your rights and guide you through the claims process.

Protect your claim from being underpaid or rejected

Simple mistakes in paperwork, medical evidence or reporting can delay or even jeopardise your claim.

We help you avoid costly mistakes, deal with insurers, and ensure your claim reflects the true impact of your injury so that you can focus on recovery.

    Getting you what’s fair

Not only do we help you to maximise your workers’ compensation claim, but also ensure that your return to work plan is fair and appropriate for your recover.
